5.-Manage client relationship for the existing and new clients to promote business;
6. Other office job assigned by manager.
职位要求:
1、专科以上学历,工科背景优先;
2、3年以上工业性质企业客服类相关工作经验,合资企业优先;
3、好的学习能力,有技术工程师或认证经验优先;
4、好的沟通技巧和客户服务意识;
5、好的协调能力和判断力;
6、英文和普通话良好(说,读,写);
7、熟练使用office软件。
1. College degree and above, engineering background is preferred;
2.At least 3 years working experience in customer service in industrial enterprises, JV company is preferred;
3.Good learning capability, technical engineer or certification experience is preferred;
4.Good communications skills and ability for customer service;
5. Good coordination and judgment capability;
6.Good in English and Mandarin (both speech and reading/writing);
7.Fluent knowledge of office software.
