高级物流主管

Be responsible for overall logistics management including the planning, warehouse, import/export, packaging, etc.

负责物流功能的整体管理工作，包括计划、仓库、进出口、包装等。

Planning function/计划功能:

－－Reviewing & monitoring plant long-term & ｍｉｄdle-term production capacity after SOP, assisting program team for new project capacity planning.

－－定期评审及监控工厂中长期产能问题，协助项目组完成新项目产能规划。

－－Receiving & reviewing customer demands and elaborating ｍａｓｔｅｒ plan for all functions in plant. Monitoring pro-duction and ｄｅｌivery status, problem solving for any deviations with other departments.

－－接收及评审客户需求，据此生成工厂主计划，监控生产进度及交付状态，与其他部门解决期间产生的问题。

－－Material planning for direct materials & MRO, no shutdown due to lack of material shortage.

－－生成直接物料及MRO材料计划，无缺料造成停线。

－－Optimizing raw material, WIP, FG and MRO inventory to meet plant target.  Monitoring and reducing obsolete materials due to EOP or engineering change.

－－优化原材料、中间库存、成品及MRO库存以期达到工厂目标，监控及减少因项目结束或者工程变更造成的呆滞物料。

Warehouse management/仓库管理:

－－Managing the daily operation of warehouses, including raw material, WIP, FG, MRO warehouses.

－－管理仓库的日常运营，包括原材料、中间物料、成品及MRO仓库。

－－Organizing and monitoring warehouse cycle ｃｏｕｎｔing, quarterly ｃｏｕｎｔing, making sure the ｅｘｅｃution rate and accuracy meet the plant target.

－－组织及监控仓库循环盘点、季度盘点等工作，确保完成率及准确率达到工厂目标。

Logistics/物流:

－－Monitoring & evaluating performance of logistics service supplier, forwarder, broker, etc.

－－监控及评估物流服务商、货代、报关行的表现

－－Designing and implementing internal logistics system, including WIP supermarket, internal milk run, standard pack, etc.

－－设计及实施内部物流系统，包含中间物料超市、内部循环送货、标准包装等。

People management/人员管理:

－－Logistics function organization design and development, evaluating and improve subordinates’ competency.

－－物流功能组织的设计及开发，评估及提升下属的能力。

Others/其他:

－－Assisting SCO Manager in managing team, supplier management, cost control, process enhancement, problem solving, and so on.

－－协助SCO经理管理团队、供应商管理、成本控制、流程优化、问题解决等等。

－－Other tasks assigned by superiors;

－－上级安排的其他任务。
