?及时对供应商的物料进行收货及按翻包标准进行翻包
?及时准确派送物料到产线，保证产线正常运转

ii.qualifications and experience:
?高中及以上学历，持有叉车证
?基本的英语能力（至少能认读英文字母）
?1年以上仓库经验
?认真负责，具有团队合作精神
?有sap系统知识优先

工作职责
1. 提供aps精益基础培训，协助aps高级培训(编写培训文件，挖掘培训需求，培训实施，培训课程持续改进)
2. 领导精益项目，支持工厂的主要业务问题(生产力，质量，成本相关项目)
3.推动公司的持续改善活动(5s+1，创意计划…)
4. 支持年度aps评估的准备工作(文件，数据收集，会议组织…)
5. 支持跨职能团队和跨职能精益领导者的发展(提供培训，支持项目…)
6.协助维护所有精益报告和沟通。(月报、海报、通讯……)
7.推动创意项目顺利进行(收集创意，推动创意实施，做现状和最终报告…)
8. aps经理安排的其他任务
任职资格
1.在机械装配或机械零件制造领域有扎实的实践经验
2.5年以上工作经验(3年以上精益工作经验)优先
3.同行业同事，机械工艺与设备或ie专业优先
4.良好的学习能力和学习能力
5.良好的沟通技巧
6.良好的办公技能(powerpoint, excel, viso…)

job summary
the position is to promote the lean mindset and lean culture in the company generally and: to provide the training related to many lean tools ( 5s, tpm, 6 sigma, visual management, vsm/vsd...) to organize the improvement workshop (tpm, vsm/vsd, standardised work...) to drive the improvement projects ( productivity improvement, cost down, quality improvement...) to drive a iddea program (collect ideas, drive ideas implementation...）
job responsibilities
1. provide aps lean basic training , assist in aps advanced training ( preparation of training documents, dig the training demand, training implementation and training course continual improvement)
2. lead lean projects which support plant top business issue ( productivity, quality, cost related projects)
3. promote continual kaizen activities in the company ( 5s+1, ideas program...)
4. support on the preparation for yearly aps assessment ( documentation, data collection, meeting organization...)
5. support on developing cross function team and cross function lean leaders ( provide the training, support the projetcs...)
6.assist in maitaining all lean reports and communications. ( monthly report, poster, newsletter...)
7.drive a idea program running smoothly ( collect ideas, drive ideas implementation, make the status and final report...)
8. other tasks assigned by aps manager
minimum qualifications
solid practice on mechanical assembly or mechanical parts manufacturing field
overall 5 years working experience (3years lean working experiences) is preferred
industrial colleagues and major is mechanical process and equipment or ie is preferred
good learning skill and a quick learner
good communication skills
good at office skills ( powerpoint, excel, viso...)
